WILL CALL DELIVERY SERVICE
If you choose to be a Will Call customer, you are responsible for monitoring the amount of propane in the tank and calling us to schedule your deliveries. Please familiarize yourself with our Will Call Policy outlined below.
To make your delivery experience as smooth as possible, review the following guidelines before placing your order:
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days.
Winter Delivery: Up to 10 business days due to higher demand and unpredictable weather conditions.
WHEN TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
General Recommendation: Place your order when your tank gauge is at 30%.
Small Tanks or Winter Months: Order at 40-50% to account for higher usage and longer delivery times.
PREPARE FOR YOUR DELIVERY
Clear Path: Ensure there is a clear path to your propane tank for our delivery driver.
Mark Your Tank: Mark the location of your propane tank with a colored flag that is visible above any snowdrifts. This is especially important if you have an underground tank.
WINTER SEASON TIPS
Plan ahead during peak winter months when your usage is higher. Weather and road conditions may impact delivery schedules, so ordering early is the best way to avoid running low on fuel.

ATTN WILL CALL CUSTOMERS
It can take up to 10 business days for us to work a delivery into our schedule, so please let us know when the tank gets to about 30% full to avoid incurring additional fees.
If your tank is less than 10% and requires a special delivery during business hours, a $75 “Special Trip Charge” will be payable at the time of delivery.
If a delivery has to be scheduled after normal business hours, a $200 “After Hours Charge” will be assessed at the time of delivery.
Additionally, as required by regulation, if your tank runs out of gas you must be home at the time of delivery in order for us to do a leak test on your system, and re-light any pilots. As a Will Call customer, an additional $150 fee will be charged for “Out-Of-Gas Service”.
REQUEST AN UPGRADE TO AUTO ROUTE DELIVERY
To avoid the extra fees associated with an Out-of-Gas situation,
we encourage all Will Call customers to consider upgrading
their account to Auto Route Delivery.
